Please Note: We only deliver to UK addresses.

If you are not happy with your order, we'll take it back as long as it is within 14 days of when you received it.

Please email dollytogs@gmail.com, giving your reason for return, advise us when the item is being posted and post to our registered business address as printed on the invoice inside the parcel.

Items are to be returned at your own expense.

For your own protection, it is recommended that you send via Recorded Delivery with tracking, you also need to include the invoice.

If it's brand new and unopened, we'll give you a full refund.

If you have opened it or damaged the packaging, we'll still take it back but please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling in any way other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning while you are responsible for it.

You retain responsibility for goods while they are in transit to us. If you have not taken reasonable care of items, your refund will reflect the reduction in value.

If the fault is on us (mixed up, faulty on arrival), we'll of course pay for return shipping.

Once the item has been received by us, we will confirm that it has been returned in the same new condition and process your replacement or refund your payment within 14 days.

Your order will normally be despatched by second class post. Royal Mail say that this takes 3-5 days. If you don't receive your item within a few days experience has shown that it is most likely to be with a neighbour or at the local post office. In the unlikely event that it hasn't arrived within 15 working days, please email us stating that you have not received it. Please note Royal Mail do not classify items as lost until 15 working days have passed and will not investigate until such time.
